Rubber accelerator TP is a kind of ultra-fast vulcanization accelerator commonly used in the field of plastic rubber additives in my country. It is suitable for latex of natural rubber, isoprene rubber, butadiene rubber, styrene butadiene rubber and nitrile rubber. Mainly used to make sponge rubber, balloons, gloves, glue and general latex products.
Compared with sodium diethyldithiocarbamate, the promotion effect is higher, and the vulcanization can be carried out at room temperature. Vulcanization flatness is also good. Vulcanized rubber is soft and transparent, with good physical properties.
This product can be used in combination with thiurams, thiazoles and guanidine accelerators.
