1. GB 2760-1996 specifies the edible flavors that are permitted for use. Mainly used in the preparation of artificial cinnamon oil and berries, strawberries, vanilla, cocoa, chocolate, vanilla beans and other flavors.
2. It is used in aromas such as acacia, shy, violet, hedgehog, magnolia, lilac, honeysuckle, hawthorn and yarrow. Coordinated with bean curd, it can set off powdery fragrance. Combining with rabbit ear aldehydes produces an unusual, powerful, pleasant aroma. It can be used in edible and wine flavors such as berries, chocolate, cocoa, cherries, and vanilla beans.
