A substrate of dehydrogenase or oxidase, often in conjunction with BCIP, is used to detect the activity of superalkaline phosphatase.
Substrate for dehydrogenases and other peroxidases. Used for the determination of glucose - 6 - phosphate dehydrogenase (glucose - 6 - phosphate dehydrogenase); And blood coagulation factor I (fibrinogen) precipitation reagent. It is also one of the substrates of alkaline phosphatase, which catalyzes the formation of insoluble blue products. It is commonly used in immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry (ICC), and western blot (WB) assays.
