Histamine dihydrochloride Usage
Histamine dihydrochloride is used as a pharmaceutical intermediate for continuous remission and prevention of recurrence in adult patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) after the first remission treatment. The drug can reduce the oxygen produced by phagocytes, inhibit nicotinamide adenine dinucleoside phosphate oxidase and prevent interleukin-2 from activating NK cells and T cells.
